Meeting

Aza sat back at a small table with her back to the wall of the building as she scanned the crowd with her eyes. Unlike normal she looked completely human rather than an anthromorph as her ears and tail were hidden and put away for now. Her contact was quite late as it was but that didn't matter, she would continue to wait.

a cloaked figure walked out of an allyway, he looked around to see if anyone was watching and then sat at the table next to aza, his back was to her, he waited till a waitress came and took his order, he asked for tea and as she left he spoke "hello, my friend. tell me, how are things at your work?"

"Well." she commented dryly as she looked towards the people and seemingly ignored him. She herself already has some water before her which she sipped idly as she watched the people. "And yours?" she asked after the waitress gave the man his tea and left.

"good" he sipped his tea, "the guild master has put me in charge while he's out of town on buisness, but as one would expect, i now have a bulls-eye one my forehead. there are many members in the rogue's guild that would love to rise to the top by killing a pup like me...." he sipped his tea again "and what of yourself? has the heat really died down enough for you to be wandering the streets without a disguise?"

Smiling lightly at his comments she leaned back and closed her eyes. "It has, at least in a place this populated. Although side streets and back alleys are still very dangerous."

he smiled "to dangerous for the best booky in fir? wow, you must have really stepped in it this time" he wanted to chuckle but he didn't for the safty of both of them he acted like a worn traveler stopping for a rest "but, i somehow doubt that you called me hear for idle chit-chat. what do you requier me to do?" he asked, as he waited for an answer he called over the waitress and ordered some pastries

Sipping her water she described the brothers after her. Once she had won bet money from them in a bet they thought was rigged, even though it was completely random, half of the town (which happened to be related to them in some weird way) was now after her. "I just need you to shake them a bit."

he smiled, "inbred hicks? not a problem, when do you want me to go?" he finished off a pastry

"Within the week." she shrugged as if it didn't matter if he went or not, idly nibbling a pastry herself. "Work around your schedule."

he brought the teacup to his lips as he finished it, he set it onto the table and stood up, after tossing a few coins on the cable he set off, he had some buisness to get out of the way so he'd have to go after the brothers tnight

Smiling once he left she continued to sit at the table after the waitress collected the change.

after walking for a long time he headed into a dead-end allyway "hello, mouse" he was speaking to an elf lady sitting at theback of the long ally, he walked forward "i believe you have something for me, concerning the thief's guild and the rougue's guild's treaty...." he asked as he tossed a bag of coins hext to her

Just as hereached his contact she was already heading back to her house by the most trafficed areas of town, making to be as safe as possible.

his meeting lasted a few hours and as he finished the sun was slowly sinking behind the roofs "time to get started....." he grinned as he headed through the slowly thinning crowd to where aza told him the brothers hang out the most

She decided it best to remain as visible as possible for her alibi so she went to some of the night markets and shopped around.

he entered a pub and scanned the crowd, smiling when he found them he headed over and saw that they were making bets just like aza's job, filthy scumbags.... he thought as he pulled out his dirk and throw it, it sunk itself into the table right between the elder brother's fingers

Everyone at the table stopped as the brother's and some larger men next to them stood up threateningly.

he smiled "you dont want to do that, you might end up getting hurt" he said as he drew his custom scimitars, they ware like any other steel scimitar except for the metal fox heads on the end of the handle(i think its called a pomel) and the way the gaurd were shaped like fox tails "i'm only here to deliver a message"

(It is.)

"And what would that be?" drawled the eldest brother as he took in the appearance of the swords.

he walked froward, twirrling the blades around "i'm here because you're harrasing a friend of my, and they want you to call off your family....." with that was walked right up infront of the group of men

"Who would this friend be?" the younger brother sneered, revenge evident in his eyes.

the cloak figure smiled "wouldn't you like to know, i will give you one chance, call off your family, from everyone....." he took up an odd sword fighting position, he held the sword in his left hand corectly, but the sword in his right was upside down

"If we don't?" the older brother sneered, the thugs behind him readying themselves for a fight.

"then i hope you dont mind losing a few fingers, maybe even a hand...." he said, he loved picking on thugs, they always think there is safty in numbers, while that is true, it doesn't work as well when those nubers consist of usless muscle

"I hope you don't mind losing some teeth." the younger brother sneered as the thugs circle around him.
