Dune Walk

He pulled the hood down from his cloak as they steped in, his height attracting a few stares but he didn't mind. He even seen some of the serving girls looking at him. He wondered what Razalia thought of that. He made his way to the bar to find the inn keeper.

Razalia drew a few stares as well. It had been a long time since she had been down at this inn. Following close to Rand she kept her hood up and silently watched the people watching them.

He found the inn keeper, "Can we get a room for the night?"

The inn keeper was an older man and father of the inn's mistress. Looking them both over as if to make sure they were acceptable he nodded and gave Razalia a small smile. "You sure may."

"Thank you." Razalia slipped him a few coins, "We'd also like two dinners and two ales."

He then got the ale's and dinner and took them up to their room with them. He didn't really want to stay down in his crowd. After months of isolation, he wasn't ready for a huge crowd.

She wasn't ready for the stares of the people either. Following him up to their room she only put her hood down once the door was safely locked behind them. Taking a deep breath she moaned in appreciation of the food's aroma. Taking her tanker of ale she sipped it and closed her eyes in delight.

He smiled at her and took a swig of his ale and then quickly drank it all and it was the same with his food as well. It was all gone in no time. Then he went and sat on the bed.

Unlike him she took the time to savor her food. She didn't mind her own cooking but after a while she wanted someone else's. Once her food was finished she sat down on the edge of the bed and sipped her ale.

He smiled and watched her and layed back on the bed genltly.

Sitting at the footrest of the bed she rested her back against it and watched him in return for his watching of her. Slowly she sipped her ale as the alcohol turned her cheeks rosy and she grew a little tipsy. The ale was stronger than what she was used to. If she drank much more she would be quite drunk by morning.

He sat up and moved to her, putting his arms around her, "feeling a little tipsy?" because of how red he seen her face getting.

She couldn't help but giggle at his question as she swayed just a little, her hand still firmly clasping her pint of ale.

He smiled and held her in his arms, "maybe i should have asked...for something else for you to drink"

"Nooo..." she protested and shook her head with a giggle, "I like ale." She kept a firm hold on her cup and tried to take another sip.

He smiled, "well that may be, but it doesn't look like you can handle it very well" he got up "ill be right back" he went downstairs and came back up with another mug but full of water.

By the time he had come back up she was draped out on the bed in the middle of a giggling fit. Her cheeks were considerably redder and there wasn't as much ale in her cup as there had been before when she had laid it down on the table.

He went to her mug and finished it himself so she couldn't drink anymore, he then sat down the water for her. He sat down beside her. "remind me not to let you have anymore ale anymore" he laughed lightly.

"Whyyy?" she whined in complaint, her voice heavily slurred, her eyes glazed and cheeks heavily flushed as she tried to sit up in bed. When she slipped and fell onto her back she giggled and hick-upped, obviously drunk.

He smiled at her, and hand her the water, hold her up so she could sit, "drink this"

Doing as he said she drank some of the water then coughed before falling back into his arms.

He held her, and then put the water on the table.

"Tired..." she mumbled with another giggle and yawned, curling closer to him.

He held her close in his arms and kissed her forhead, "goodnight"

Smiling softly she curled into him with a content sigh and fell asleep. It was almost certain she'd have one hell of a headache in the morning.

He was hoping to lesson that tommrow with the water he gave her, he feel asleep as well now.
