A young tawny cat sat on his windowsill watching him, her poofy tail swishing gently as she purred. Smiling at his comment she jumped from the sill and changed in midair to her anthromorph form. Her fur covered her entirely as she looked at him with a smile, her choker, which had looked like a collar in her cat form, shifting with her to show her service to her master. "Mmm..." she commented softly as she looked him over, her tail swishing as she moved closer to him, "It's also not nice to come home and not tell your friends..."

the scowl he had been wearing slowly turned into a smile "what, do you want me to head to a church and confess that as a sin?" he turned to look at her "tell me, how has your master's.....buisness been?" he had always wondered who he was, but all he had ever found out was that he controlled the n'jin underground

Laughing lightly at his suggestion she answered him, "I doubt the church would allow you inside, but you can always try." While he was wording his next question she had wandered over to sit down in a chair. Crossing her legs she brushed her hair over her shoulder and tilted her head a little to the side, "Well, no glitches lately." she answered him in a bored tone as if this was to be expected.

he mirked "oh, c'mon, i'm not THAT bad, am i?" he asked, heading into the water room to wash up a bit

"Well...." she answered him teasingly.

he chuckled as he washed his fur, getting the dirt and grime out of it "if memory serves, you weren't, and still arn't, an angel either" he said in a matter of factly tone

Smirking just a little she settled back into her chair as she waited for him to finish. "Oh, I know I'm not. Never intended to be either, they're much too tame."

he came out, drying his fur "and being wild to the extreme is better?" he smirked and chuckled

"Much." she answered with a satisfied purr as she watched him. "And I'm not that extreme..."

"thats not what the merchents say, funny how they remember thing when you grease they're hands with a few silver pieces" he slimed innocently as he layed on the bed, stretching out, it felt good to lie in a bed again

"Oh really?" she asked him, completely nonpulsed, "And what do they say about me?" her self-satisfied smirk only grew as her tail swished happily along with her purring.

"nothing much, just that your appearently an excintric, compulsive, gambling addict that practicly live in the pokerhouse" he said shrugging "not extreme at all" he teased

She laughed at his answer and rested an elbow on her knee, which in turn let her rest her chin on her hand. "Not far off the bat, but that's part of my job actually."

"and that would be taking bets for your mysterious master...." he sighed wonder who he is.... he thought

"Mhmm." she answered with a smile as she watched him. "Time to tell me where you've been all this time."

".......the terran world....." he said as he thought about it

"Really?" she asked him with an excited gasp and sat forward, "What's it like?!"

"there's an endless looking silver sea and beach, a beautiful shady forest, huge mountains, a large dessert, and a palace at the center of it all, it had a natural beauty to it, but it has nothing like sarrea" he said, recalling how some of the people ran at the sight of him "many of the terrans are afraid of us....."

She smiled and closed her eyes as he described the landscape trying to picture it herself but stopped at his last comment, "...Afraid? ....Of us?" her tone took on a sad note as her ears laid back and she opened her eyes with a frown.

"yeah.....but there are a few that exept us, they dont see us as different, or as monsters, they simply see us as living beings....." he smiled remembering the kind scribe that helped him "oh, got you a pressent, catch!" he said, reaching into his pack he pulled out a pretty, shiny, blue seashell and tossed it to her

When he mentioned that some people didn't mind the people of Fir she opened her hands and caught the seashell. "Pretty!" she gasped in amusement and examined it.

"thats from, 'silea', the terran sea" he said, laying back on the bed, relaxing

"Thanks." she told him with a wink. "Y'know..." she sat back in the chair purring, "I should probably give this place a visit, possible business ventures there..."

he laughed "riiiiiight, 'buisness', you just wanna see it for yourself" he said smiling
